Zigonia and gain that much life.

The Silver Lining — Remove X pulse counters
from Zigonia. X can't be 0: Draw a card. Another
player draws a card. Then each other player may
pay {x}. For each player that does, that player draws
a card and you create half X Treasures, rounded up.
