You may look at the top card of your library at
any time.
{u}{r}{w}: Reveal the top card of your library. If it's
a nonland card, you may exile it. If you do, put
an amount of suspend counters on that card
equal to its mana value and it gains suspend.
{t}: Put the top card of your library on the
bottom of your library.
