+2: Until end of turn, whenever a creature you control is dealt damage, Zilla the Rampage deals 3 any target, other than a creature you control.
-4: Draw a card for each Dinosaur you control. For each card you draw this way, untap target land.
-13: Destroy all nonland permanents. Then, search your library for a Dinosaur creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
