If Zin-Tao the Merciless has Haste, no other
creature can have or gain Haste.
The same is true for Flying, Trample,
Deathtouch, Lifelink, Vigilance, Hexproof,
Indestructible, Ward, First Strike, Double Strike,
Menace, Defender, Skulk, Fear, Horsemanship,
Banding, Reach, Intimate, Persistence,
Undying and Landwalk of any type.
