At the beginning of combat on each opponents' turn, goad target creature that player controls. It gains haste until end of turn.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to one of your opponents, that creature's controller exiles the top card of their library. You may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled this way for as long as they remain exiled.
