Zombie lieutenant

The zombie lieutenant comes into play with 1 zombie soldier and depending on how much the player pays
in land is how many zombie soldiers there are.

paying the overloaded cost will add an additional enraging effect which effects a creature with a X
counter on it giving the creature trample and reach
as well as a +3/+3 counter on it until the end of the
round.
