During each upkeep, flip a coin if it comes up heads you may draw a card, if tails you may scry 1.
Any time you would flip a coin, you may call heads or tails.
Whenever you flip a coin, if it would win the flip you may look at the top 3 cards of your library, put one in your hand and the rest at the bottom of your library in any order. If you would lose a flip you may discard a card, if you do you may deal 1 damage to each creature and each player.
