Zucc, Preventer of Nips

+1: Until the end of your next turn, whenever another player plays a permanent with risqué artwork, place a Zucc counter on it. Then draw a card.
-2: Exile one permanent with a Zucc counter. That card's controller cannot play nonland permanents until the end of your next turn.
-6: For each card with a Zucc counter, exile it. Then search its controller's library for a permanent, and exile it as well.
