Zuggtmoy the Transfixer

{t}: Place an Insanity counter on target creature. Creatures with Insanity counters have +1/-1 for each Insanity counter, and can't block. If a creature with no +1/+1 counters would be destroyed by this effect, return it from from the graveyard to the battlefield under your countrol with a +1/+1 counter. It is a Fungus Zombie in addition to its other types.
Delirium - Fungus creatures you own have Madness. Their Madness cost is equal to their mana cost minus {2}.
