counters where X is the greateast power among
the other creatures you control. Whenever
Zul, the next gen gains a counter it levels up.
(Level 1-4): Flying
(Level 5-6): +3/+3, trample, flying.
(Level 7): +3/+3, trample, flying and {r}: deal 2
damage to target creature.
