When Zurrz dies, each player mills 1 for each master counters on it. {t}: target creature in your graveyard gets resurgence 1 until end of turn, then put a master counter on Zurrz, then if there are 10 or more master counters on Zurrz you may exile it, if you do, you get an emblem with "creatures in your graveyard have resurgence 0"
