When Zyduly, the Spectrum enters the battlefield, you may exile the top five cards from the top of your library and put all permanents on the battlefield. You may put all non-permanent spells into your hand and then draw X cards for how many permanents you control.
You skip your draw step and you have no maximum hand size.
