Zylbys fan haste, x means X,X how much mana
you have. Every new white, blue, or green mana card you get increases your power and toughness by 1. If you get the rare sprinkle cookie card then, if they don’t have blue mana they lose the game! Except for the person that uses it. It requires you to have zylberschteins fan to do this.
