Zyragal, The Ultimatum

Indestructible, Defender.
When Zyragal, the Ultimatum enters the battlefield, put a decay counter on up to X permanents you don't control
(X must be at least 3). At the beginning of your opponent's upkeep, that player sacrifices a
permanent with a decay counter on it. Exile that permanent. At the beginning of your upkeep, if
there are no decay counters on the battlefield, Zyragal, the Ultimatum gets +8/+0 and loses
defender until the end of the turn.
