creature's controller may pay {3}. If they do, exile
that creature instead.
{1}{w}{g}: Exile target card from a graveyard. You
gain life equal to its converted mana cost.
{3}{u}{r}: Return target creature you don't own
from its owner's graveyard to the battlefield under
your control. It gains haste until end of turn. Exile
it at end of turn.
