Cannes Tor, the Waster

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may sacrifice an artifact. If that player
doesn't, Cannes Tor, the Waster deals 4 to that
player.

addition to its other types.
{1}{u}{b}{w}: Target permanent becomes an
artifact in addition to its other types.
