Archive of the Elders

Whenever you cast a spell, spells of the same
type cost {1} less to cast for the rest of the
turn. This cannot cause spells to cost less
than {0} to cast.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player may pay {5}. If they do, that
player gains control of Archive of the Elders.
