Total Recall

Each player exiles the top three cards of their
library.
Each player may exchange up to one card in their
hand for a card reveled. If they do, they may deal
damage to target player equal to the cards
converted mana cost plus 3.
Each player loses life equal to the total converted
mana cost of all three cards exiled in this way.
For the remainder of the game, you may cast any
of the exiled cards using mana of any color.
