With a roll of a sum of 8 or more this card steals
5% of a guild's credits. If you have two it will steal
10% but the max is 3. If you have multiples you only
need one successful roll and as many bandits you
have the more chances you have. If you successfully
roll you must call out a guild and roll a die if you
roll
1-3 it steals from that guild. If you roll 4-6 it steals
from
the bearer's guild. Expires after one use
