Bellow’s Bewitched Bowstring

•Three times per long rest, the wielder may use a
bonus action to imbue a normal arrow with a
spell. Spell-attack bonus is added to attack rolls instead of proficiency bonus.
• The arrow loses base damage, but the spell will
take effect on a direct hit. Spell effects can still
affect the target on a miss if it hits something
close to it.
• If struck by an arrow, it still counts as an attack
(i.e waking a sleeping target)
