Blade of Threat

When a creature you control enters the battlefield,
equip Blade of Threat to it. While equipped,
the enemy creature with the highest base power
is reduced to a 0/1 pacifist. As long as its original
power is higher than all other creatures, this
creature remains a 0/1 pacifist. Otherwise,
transform creature back into its original state.
As longas this creature stays on the battlefield,
no other creatures will be affected.
