Command Seals

Command seals enters the battlefield with 3
charge counters on it.
Remove a counter and pick one:
•regenerate target creature.
•target creature gains Evade until the end of turn.
•return target creature with converted mana
cost of 3 or less to the battlefield from your
graveyard.
