Cypher, Lord of the Fallen

Whenever an opponent attacks, you may tap
Cypher, Lord of the Fallen. If you do, you may
have that opponent gain control of Cypher until
end of combat. If you do, choose a player or
planeswalker that opponent is attacking.
Cypher is attacking that player or planeswalker.
When Cypher dies or is exiled, exile it instead,
then return it to the battlefield tapped under
it's owner's control.
