Use in Movement phase, when a Farsight Enclaves Battlesuit unit from your army is set up with Manta Strike or Homing Beacon. Until the end of the turn, Battlesuit models in that unit can re-roll hit and wound rolls for ranged attacks.
If that unit contains 4 or more Battlesuits, the cost is 3 CP, otherwise 2 CP.
