When Eonweaver, the Temporal Warden enters
the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent.
Its owner shuffles their library.
Players can't cast spells from graveyards.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent
puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell from their graveyard, counter that spell.
