Players can't search libraries.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a
land card, that player sacrifices a land.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you may tap it. If you do,
that land doesn't untap during its controller's
next untap step.
