Evil deal

Each player votes at the same time for knowledge
or control. If each player choose the same,
repeat it.
Each player who choose knowledge, searches their library for up to X cards and puts it into
their hand where X is the total amount of players
who choose control, then shuffles their library.
Each Player who choose control, gains control
of up to X nonland permanents from each player
who choose knowledge where X is the total
amount of players who choose knowledge.
