cards and put them onto the battlefield tapped.
Extort {g/w}:Whenever using a spell, the player may
pay one white for each controlled permanent
with extort. For each mana paid, each opponent
loses one life, and the player gains that much life.
Gaius's Power and Toughness are equal to the
amount of lands you control.
