Gambler's Luck

Discard a card at random. If the card you discarded was a red instant, Gambler's Luck deals 3 damage to target creature. If that creature died this turn, Draw four cards. If at least two of the cards have converted mana costs that are in order(ex. {r}, {1}{r}), exile an artifact. If the exiled artifact is a rare or mythic rare, flip a coin. If heads, you win the game.
