Whenever Kithe enters or leaves the battlefield,
for each player, choose a nonland permanent
that player controls. Each player sacrifices
the chosen permanent. Then, each opponent
loses 4 life and you draw a card for each
permanent sacrificed this way.
If this card leaves the battlefield, or is put into
your graveyard or exile from anywhere, exile
it with a binding counter on it instead.
