Whenever Vask enters or leaves the battlefield,
each player discards their hand, then draws seven
cards. Each opponent loses 1 life for each
nonland card discarded this way. and you add
one mana of any color to your mana pool for
each land card discarded this way.
If this card leaves the battlefield, or is put into
your graveyard or exile from anywhere, exile
it with a binding counter on it instead.
