Give and Take

If {w} was paid: until end of turn, each
permanent that enters the battlefield is
canceled, for each that is canceled, destroy
that many permanents that share a type with it.
If {b} was paid: until end of turn, for
each permanent that is destroyed is not. Create
a copy of each permanent not destroyed.
(Do both if {b}{w} was spent.)
