Who's turn is it, anyway?

There is no turn order anymore. Instead,
roll a dice to determine who is the judge.
The judge cannot win nor lose the game
while this card is in play. Each player then improvs their turn and the judge then
scores that turn. Whoever's turn impresses
the judge most wins the game.
