During each players draw step that player
draws a card from the {r} and {g} pile,
then discards one of those cards.
(this replaces ,,drawing a card'' in draw step)
Red and Green spells cost {1} less to cast.
During e.p. upkeep that player may discard a red or green card to destroy Gruul Roulette.
