Simic Roulette

During each players draw step that player
draws a card from the {g} and {u} pile,
then discards one of those cards.
(this replaces ,,drawing a card'' in draw step)
Green and Blue spells cost {1} less to cast.
During e.p. upkeep that player may discard a green or blue card to destroy Simic Roulette.
