Roll a die to see if it works:
1-2: The syllabus is ignored. Creatures mock your efforts, and you lose 1 Confidence.
3-4: Creatures are mildly impressed—gain +1 Classroom Control.
5-6: The syllabus is treated as law. Each ally gets +3 Morale and a Helpful Hint buff. Haddon gains temporary Wisdom of the Elders
