When Hulking Angler enters the battlefield, tap all creatures your opponents control.
Creatures your opponents control do not untap on their controller's untap step. At the beginning each opponent's untap step, that player flips a coin for each tapped creature they control. If the coin comes up heads, that creature untaps this turn.
