Hydra’s Wail

Once per battle at the start of a battle round,
a model with this relic that is on the table can
activate it. Until the end of the battle round,
when an opponent spends CP to use a
Stratagem, roll a D6; on a 4+ they have to
spend an extra CP to use that Stratagem or
else it has no effect and the CP is lost.
