Juden, the Static Storm

Whenever Juden attacks, put a charge counter on
him and draw a card.
If a source would deal damage to Juden, you may
remove any number of charge counters from
him. Juden deals X damage to that source's
controller, then you may cast an instant or
sorcery spell with converted mana cost X from
your hand without paying its mana cost, where
X is the number of charge counters removed in
this way.
