it's a permanent card, put a +1/+1 counter on
Misaki and she gains all abilities of that card until
end of turn. When Misaki deals combat damage
to a player this turn, you may cast an instant or
sorcery card revealed this way without paying its
mana cost. (Activate this ability only if this creature
attacked this turn and only once each turn.)
