After each of your Upkeeps, choose one of the following:
• Put a +1/+0 counter on any Creature you control and Goad them for one turn
•Put a +0/+2 counter on any creature you control. Creatures you put this counter on cannot attack this turn. Remove it at the start of your next Upkeep.
{t}: Put a -2/-0 counter on any creature you don’t control and Goad them for one turn.
