If an opponent would make a choice, you may sacrifice a Treasure. If you do, you make their choice for them. If you don't, they make their choice as normal.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if this card is in your graveyard, target Human you control becomes a copy of Lobbyist, except that it doesn't have this ability.
