Lock the Dentifrice

When you cast Lock the Dentifrice, each player
shuffles in their library until three target nonland
permanents that he or she controls.
"I told Pres. Obama yesterday that it was clear that
he knew that after the toothpaste comes out of the
dentifrice it is unlikely to go back into it. So we had to
take this into account. And he told me, he replied that
he'd make every political effort so that at least this
toothpaste wouldn't be loose around and return part of
