Moon

Moon enters the battlefield tapped. At the beginning of your untap step, you may remove an orbit counter from target permanent you control. If you do put that counter on Moon, if you do not you may remove an orbit counter from Moon. Moon does not untap during your untap step if you have an orbit counter on it {T}:{C}{C}
