Phoenix, Pyrobird

When Phoenix enters the battlefield, if it entered
from exile, it deals damage to each creature and
player equal to it's power.
When Phoenix dies exile it, then each opponent
takes turns paying any amount of life in groups
of 5. For each 5 life paid life this way, place an
Egg counter on Phoenix. At the beginning of
each upkeep, remove an egg counter from
Phoenix, then if there are no Egg counters left,
return it to the battlefield tapped.
