When a creature dies, put a flesh counter on
Pudge, he gains +0/+1 for each flesh counter on
him.
Prevent damage taken by Pudge from any
non-combat source equal to the number of flesh counters on him.
When Pudge dies, deal damage to each creature
equal to the number of flesh counters on him.
