Plan: Z can't be played or put on the stack.
While Plan: Z is in your hand, you may cheat (Cheating includes playing cards while it's not your turn, drawing while it's not your turn, playing 2 lands at the same time, and so on).
If someone catches you cheating, reveal Plan: Z if it was in your hand at any time this game. If it is revealed in this way, you lose the game.
