Program Cycle

Target player reveals his/her hand. You may choose a second target player. If you do, they trade hands. If you don't, you trade hands.
Roll a dice. If the number is higher than 3, each player chooses a graveyard at random. If it is 3 or lower, each player chooses a library at random.
The Digiverse has many unopeded files. Some were created, where others were cycled in.
