When Pycellius Rex enters the battlefield, look at target opponent's hand. Choose a card, that
player discards that card.
Gotcha!- Whenever an opponent says "Pycellius
Rex" you may exile Pycellius Rex and then
return him to play under your control. If
Pycellius Rex is in your graveyard, you may
return it to your hand.
