Rebalance

Choose a permanent type. Each opponent
who controls more permanents of that type
than you do sacrifices a number equal to
the difference. Then each opponent who
sacrificed a permanent this way draws a
card. (The permanent types are artifact,
battle, creature, enchantment, land, and planeswalker.)
